Howcome when a student barely finishes school and their mind is fresh to work as a dental assistant?
The company wants u to have experience or they are not going to hire u. Why is that? The way I see it, how do u start? where do u start?

there are companies that will take you under their wing to train you...be patient and you will find someone..i believe everyone has to start somewhere..thats how i got my job...they trained me in office..you learn better and gain more experience through working in the dental office, no class can teach you clinical experience..i trained many girls who had to learn that way..you can look into a short dental school for assisting or find someone willing to train...
