What is the normal time period for growth of a permanent tooth after a baby toot!

Question:

What is the normal time period for growth of a permanent tooth after a baby tooth has been extracted?

Answers:

If it was pulled instead of falling out normally, then it could be a long time. The adult tooth won't grow in until it would have had the tooth not been pulled. If it fell out, it'll happen quickly.
