It's rather unusual to have baby teeth at 16. You'd be best to go see your dentist and have him check why you still have them.
As for wisdom teeth, you are not born with them. (I've seen the x-rays to prove that). Some people's come in early, some come in late. I've seen them come in as early as 17 for some, late 20's for others.
See your dentist- let him or her take x-rays and they'll be able to give you the exact answers to your questions.
baby teeth? but ur question is about wisedom teeth? wisedom teeth normal you dont got them. ull get around 20. for your baby teeth no its not normal. you probably dont have permanent ones or they r blocked by something( cancer--specially if its your canine thats missing--, another tooth, cyst, etc etc). go see you dentist to chek out.
