Well, you've exposed them and that will cause the sensitivity. Get yourself some of that Sensodine (toothpaste) or whatever it is called for sensitive teeth. You could try some Anbesol or something like that too for pain. Call the dentist and see if this is normal for this long.

It may go away, but a week is a little long to go with that type of pain. The dentist may have left a gap in the filling and you could have an exposed nerve. Call your dentist and talk to them and explain exactly how much it hurts.

Mine are like that too, you can brush your teeth with toothpaste meant for sensitive teeth. You can get samples from your dentist to try it out, it has an ingredient that lowers your sensitivity over time.

You can change your toothpaste to Sensodyne. Avoid hot and cold items on the tooth for a few weeks.

You should talk to your dentist. It might help you in the meantime to rinse your mouth with warm water. Also be sure to use a soft toothbrush.

use Sensodyne toothpaste it will make your teeth less sensative.

Try talking to the dentist again - there may be an issue with the filling.

A week is a good time to wait but it seems you are having more sensitivity than what is usual.
