Bands help?!

Question: I just put my bands in and was wondering what am I susposted to do about lunch? I don't have enough time before to take them out, or enough time after to change them.

You can just leave them in, and if one does pop out, replace it. Keep a pack of bands in your bad. You should have time to change them any way, it takes me literally 10 seconds. Good Luck!
