Not everyone has sensitivity to the bleaching products. In fact, most people can tolerate them without any problem. Just because it is generic doesn't mean it shouldn't be effective. Just follow package instructions and I hope you achieve the results you want.
Keep in mind that whether it is generic or Crest Whitestrips or any other over-the-counter product, it may not achieve the same effect as a professional beaching system from the dentist.
