Anyone had any problems using crest white strips?is it "normal" to have this pain?

I used them for 3 days now and my gums/teeth are so sore i have a hard time eating/brushing.Do i just need to suck it up and once the treatment stops my teeth will be fine?I can deal with the pain i just wantr to make sure i'm not doing any damage to my teeth/gums.

Well, look on the back of the box or in the instructions if it doesn't say anything about having them hurt then go to your dentist and ask him what to do. Maybe your teeth are sensitive, you had them on too long, or you are putting them on wrong.
