it itches really bad!!

Well first off, there's probably a reason as to why it's itching so bad so you should get it looked at to make sure there's no infection or anything causing it. Might even be an allergic reaction to something youre eating or drinking.
If there isnt anything wrong after you get it checked out, then like the person above me said, use a toothbrush or one of those Brush Up things you slip over your finger. ;)
