mine feel loose. i'm really scared right now. i don't want them to fall out. is there a way to make them be un loose.

No, you can't get them tightened. Believe me, your teeth are WAY down in your gums. They aren't just going to fall out. Even teeth that are broken have to be dug out of the gums. They are really in there with big roots.
But if you think your teeth are lose, then you need to see your dentist to find out what's going on. Maybe you have gingivitis (gum disease). That can make teeth feel lose.
