Are skoal pouches ok?
the only warning they give is it can cause gum disease and tooth loss. if i brush my teeth thoroughly and use mouth wash and stuff will it prevent that. i would appreciate answers from ppl who have been dippin

Okay by me, friend. My employer came up with this really negative California anti-smoker crap (located in Nevada) and made it impossible for a handicapped person to get to and from the approved smoking areas within 15 minutes so I discovered Skoal Bandits pouches and could "chew" right on the work line. Took me over 40 years of smoking Marlboros to get emphysema and frankly I don't fault the smoke folks as it was more than likely the crap issuing from untuned autos and corporate smokestacks which did me in. Okay, tobacco is an irritant so what you do is change where you place your pouch each time and it's going to take months, possibly years before you get ulcerations and other medical warnings.
Brushing your teeth and using mouthwash may grant you good dental health but not going to do a damn thing for your gums. Use of pouches did cut me from full pack of smokes daily to 1/3 pack daily and that is a good thing so I am not at all above saying good go, pard, you got dippin years left.
