How do you know if dental abcess or a wisdom tooth symptoms are similar??!

Question: Usually with an absess you will have some swelling on your gum or face, and you may be able to feel the fluid in your gum if you press it, or it may even burst.

you could have developed an absess because your wisdom tooth was coming through, and now that it is burst you can feel your tooth through the hole.

an abscess is a constant throb that does not stop you might also have a slight tempature
