Yes and no, the contact between your teeth could have been made tighter by the filling material (probably a composite) intentionally to make it more difficult for decay to get in between the teeth. Is it impossible or just hard? If not impossible, you will be fine. If its impossible, go back to your dentist for a minor adjustment. Did you dentist use floss to check the area before you left his office?

If it continues to be that way the dentist may have to file down the filling, I had it happen to me once.

yeah. its exactly the same.

it is fairly normal

it may take some time for your teeth to create a gap

Yes, it is normal for that to happen. Although you shouldn't floss until tomorrow, because you could possibly loosen the new filling. If it still won't go in & out as it did in the past, you can always press the floss into the space between the teeth and then pull on one end to remove it instead of dragging it back up and out of the space.
