if u ever chip a tooh should you tell your parent even if it just chiped the tip ???

My daughter chipped her front tooth from tripping in a hallway. She told me , and to date we've done nothing about it, and it is actually getting less noticable with time. A dentist can easily file it to reduce any notice of it.
Your parents won't make a huge deal about it. Heck my two front teeth got MAJORLY chipped when I was 10 (I now have crowns) and my mom was very cool about it and took me to a dentist right away.
