Few basic home teeth whitening methods, followed by people throughout the world are given below:

1) Rubbing a paste of lemon juice and salt on the yellow color of the teeth is a great method of erasing the dull color of the teeth.

2) Rubbing the inside of an orange peel on the discolored teeth allows them to take on excellent white luster.

3) Brushing teeth daily with a paste of bi-carbonate of soda with water, erases the stains on the surface of the teeth.

4) Dried and powdered Bay leaves mixed with dried orange peel are also a great whitener.

Use any of these home teeth whitening methods frequently, to yield great results.

Strawberries are supposed to whiten teeth.

i've haerd sucking on lemons. or go to

brush and floss daily, see your dentist regularly, and realize that you are normal. wear red lipstick and learn to love your smile.

Brush your teeth with plain baking soda like once every week or two...

DON'T SUCK ON LEMONS. Jebus, lemons can eat away at your enamel, and expose your dentin, which can lead to sensitivity. I dunno if there are natural ways to whiten your teeth. Buyer beware if you try the "natural route". Lemons??!!?? Really? Lemons?

If your staining is superficial, then the whitening toothpaste can work sort of. Also cleanings done in a dental office can remove superficial stains.

Or you can go to your supermarket and buy some of those cheapo products. You get what you pay for though, and in my opinion they give you minimal results.

If you're drinking coffee heavily, then that will be counter productive. You need to cut down or cut out your coffee. You also need to know that as you get older your teeth turn yellow naturally. The reason is, your enamel which is opaque gets thinner as you get older. Relax, the thinning is in such small increments, you and I don't have a ruler to measure it. Now underneath your enamel is yellow dentin, another layer of your tooth. As your opaque enamel thins out, the yellow dentin is able to show thru easier.

Good luck, but be careful. Lemons, unbelievable.

avoid drinking coffee and tea, smoking and taking chocolates and try for lemon it really works.

By smoking toothpaste. avoid coffee. And the peroxide shouldn't burn your mouth. try it ONE more time. but put it in a small cup or bowl, and add some baking soda and then a little peroxide, making it a little thinner than toothpaste. then add some toothpaste in it for flavor. brush for 2 minutes and leave it on for 2 minutes. then spit and use normal toothpaste.

I wouldn't mix the peroxide + baking soda.
I use only baking soda on a wet tooth brush, and it really works.
If you brush to hard, it starts to burn.

Commercial tooth whiteners use hydrogen peroxide and are expensive and inconvenient. A cheap and natural tooth whitening home remedy uses few strawberries but certain precautions have to be taken. I found the information at http://www.aches.in/toothwhitening.html

take care of your teeth brush 2-3 times daily with whitening paste and use the whitening pre wash mouth wash its supposed to be pretty good or use a little bit of baking soda or powder (cant remember-mostly sure its soda) to brush your teeth but dont do it too often its not good for your enamel along with peroxide..

Lemon juice, baking soda or baking powder can also be used for teeth whitening. Rubbing the bark of walnut tree brightens the teeth. Strawberries are natural teeth whiteners, simply rub them directly on your teeth or mash into a paste and apply.More remedies and information regarding your teeth at http://useinfo-dentalcare.blogspot.com/
