HElp! bit and pieces of my tooth came out?!
Question: it is not the filing that came out it is the pieces of my tooth!What to do?everytime i brush my teeth it cost pieces of my tooth to come out. Is there any professional dentist out there? Is it because of my tooth whitener or maybe the toothpaste itself? I use pearl drop whitener btw.And how to strenghtening my teeth i don't want it to drop off! I am only 16

Go to the dentist and ask for help. Do not delay anymore.
Drink milk everyday. Milk provides calcium for healthy growth of bones and teeth.
And maybe you should consider to stop using the tooth whitener for a while and see if there's any better changes. Because maybe the whitener is not suitable for your teeth. Not everyone can anyhow use any whitener. If you want whiter teeth, then you just need to have patience to brush and clean your teeth slowly. Do not brush your teeth too hard, because that will cause you harm too. Brush gently more than 3 minutes every brush.
Rinsing your mouth too much is not so good for your gum. You need to have strong gums to protect your teeth and keep them healthy.
Try eating more foods that provides you with calcium.

I would definitely see your dentist on this one.. but by the way any whitening toothpaste is really bad for your teeth because it can wear away the enamel.. however, it most likely didnt cause this to happen to your teeth.
