yes ur r safe just do not swallow but try this take baking soda add peroxide and mix them until like a paste and bush I'd teeth with i wait five minutes then rise it out by Friday u will see major improvemt it taste horrible but works great and use mint toothpaste after just so u can still have that clean just brushed feeling
i dont bout that...but i kno that baking soda can also help to whitten your teeth
my mom uses baking soda to clean her teeth. Seems to work.

When I had oral surgery, the doctor suggested I clean the area with hydrogen peroxide three times a day with a Q-tip. Right before I did that, I would brush my teeth and rinse well with water. Sometimes I did it afterward, but it did NOTHING harmful. I'm just not sure if it will give you the effects that you're looking for.
From what I've read, it's safe.
It does work but it can eventually eat your teeth away there is a safe way though only dip your tooth brush in the peroxide but who ever you heard this from mention that eventually your gums can turn white too.
Hydrogen Peroxide topical solution is mostly water anyway and can be used straight as a rinse. It isn't all that effective at whitening teeth because you cant keep it in your mouth long enough to get the full effect.
