An adult teeth loose?!?

thanks for reading this~
today i was at a restaurant and suddenly, i don't know what exactly happened but i just felt something poke into my gum in the back of one of my adult teeth. my sister told me it was a red thing and its more red than my gum. it was not bleeding.
when ever my tongue felt it or touched it, it would hurt,.

now, my adult teeth is getting loose. its wiggling.
wat should i do? and what should i not do?
i visited the dentist just tuesday and my teeth was just fine.

maybe ur wisdom tooth is coming through and it doesn't have enough space and there for pushing ur other tooth aside...loosing it up...but do c ur dentist about the matter..we can't help u !!!!!!!!!
