Where I practice, the cost of the chairside Zoom whitening is $500.
We also include bleaching trays and bleaching gel to take home, and touch-up with as needed in the future.
I mention this because the take-home trays on their own could run you $200 easily. So I'd inquire, as to whether or not an office offers this additional courtesy.
