What (cheap) Methods Do You Recommend For Teeth Whitening?!

Question: Any tips, free, cheap or less than a British tenner!!

I use a tiny bit of baking soda with hydrogen peroxide which makes a paste. This is what they use for teeth whiteners, but be careful with the peroxide it may cause sensitivity to your teeth. If that is the case, just use the baking soda with a little water.

Best of luck

Forever bright toothpaste in tesco and asda.

Do you have something like The Dollar Tree where you live? Here we have a store where everything is $1 or less, and in the dental section they have tooth whitening kit with whitening paste and mouth tray and everything. Probably doesn't work as well as say, Crest whitening but hey its something.

The real answer to your question is not how cheap is the product you can get to whiten your teeth ,but rather how white are you wanting to get them. Over the counter tooth whiteners are pretty much the same as far as their ability to whiten teeth so just purchase the one that fits your financial situation. If you don't get the level of whitening you want, it's then time to see your Dentist. He or she will have a system that will work much better than the cheap home whitening products. Good luck and I wish you well.
