Question: I have only had one at a time but its like a little painful bump on your tounge. I have one right now i can feel it but i can't see it. What causes these and what can help with the pain. It stings like an ant bite.

theyre probably swollen taste buds. It's normal, and nothing to worry about. Just do some google searches for "swollen taste buds" to get ideas of how to soothe them.
DONT BITE THEM OFF (some people do that for some reason, its NOT good).
maybe its herpes
gargle salt water
its probably a mouth ulcer. stuff like chocolate will irritate it. you can buy stuff like bonjela to get rid of it or if not just swill salt water like you would mouth wash. there nothing bad you can get um from allsorts like not sleeping well n diet.
i get those all the time. they are just kind of cold sores you get on your tongue but they will eventullay, and trust me it's NOT herpes! lol
