I just got my braces off a couple weeks ago. I just closed my eyes and them them do their thing. It only hurts a little but its really not that bad! I thing they just use pliers or something of that sort. Just try not to think about it to hard or you'll just worry to much!!
I think they take them off w/pliers? Don't worry they won't break your teeth off.

Got t hem off when i was 17...but all i remember is it does NOT at all hurt. Like first thing i did was eat an apple! Some ppl r like your a little soar afterwards...but if you can do the pain of getting them tightened, you can do this. thats nothing like that! take if off with these plier looking things they LOOKS scary it looks like they are gonna like pull out your tooth, it doesnt work like that...i remember the glue tasting REALLY bad though, so...yeah. carefull with that.
i dont exactly remember but all i do remember is that it does not hurt at all. seriously. i was in absolutely NO pain afterwards. but maybe it might differ among people? idk

Just a little pressure when they take them off, and that's it!
They use a plier type thing...hard to explain but it like clams,and scrapes the bracket off at the same time.

The clip on the side, they squeezed it and the bands just kind of slid off. It didn't hurt.
