Crest works better my dentist told me to use them. They are really expensive for the basic you use them for 14 days. My teeth are not that bad. I am a tea drinker and brush with Arm n Hammer tooth paste to take off stains.

In some cases comercial whitening strips may work, but chairside bleaching at your dentist has a more profound result that you could notice from the first visit because dentists use material with very high concentration of bleaching agent that cannot be supplied at the commercial over the counter products because its very caustic so it has to be applied profesionaly
Bleaching as a whole might work tremendously with some people and might not work at all, no one can predict how your teeth will respond, only trial alone can answer that question.
Listerine or crest or any other types of over the counter solutions only depend on the concentration of the bleaching agent, but I did hear that Crest made a difference with many people.
