warm water and salt. oh yeah be sure to see if you have an alergic reaction to any foods thats whats gets me alot. good luck

Yeah peroxide will work but it tastes Really horrible! Usually these types of constant soars are from a lack of lysine in your body. You can by Lysine supplements at the store
