My tooth is at the roof of my mouth, i f you looked at it i look like a vampire. The end is sharp and poking in to my tongue.

Does it need to be extracted? or something you want? and do you have insurance (HMO, PPO, etc)? Will they cover partial cost (how does your insurance work)?
the best thing to do is go to your dentist office and you can always ask. they can give you a better estimate depending on your insurance and the coverage you have on it.
