How do i brush with braces?
Hello, I've had braces for 2 weeks now and I want to know the proper way to brush them. They told me at the Dentist but it was very quick and i didnt get it lol...Well is it just regular brushing? or only up and down? or only side to side? or only down? or what?

I just got braces. To brush with braces, you start with a side to side motion on the braces themselves. Next, angle the tooth brush at a 45 degree angle and brush above the braces then below the braces. Remeber to brush all surfaces of your teeth and floss once a day
