Abscess on gums?
im 12 years old and i have this lump on my gums. It used to leak pus at this area but it was the area between two teeth. Now i have pus leaking right from the lump. There is a white thing that seems to be in there and thats where it leak pus now. I have schedule for surgery but the dentist does not no wut it is. So i could use some help thanks.
p.s. the surgery is so the dentist could take a piece of this lump and biospy it.

It sounds like you have a fistula.The fistula is the result of an abscessed tooth .The abscess is an infection that first forms around the apex or tip of the root. If left untreated the infection will begin to erode the bone around the tooth. You are going to need root canal in order to save the tooth.
