go to the dentist and get your teeth professionally cleaned.
Any whitening product on dirty teeth is a waste of money. You would always wash a car before polishing it. It's the same with teeth too.
Try Crest White Strips (at drugstores), they work great, or GoSmile ( gosmile.com). If they are REALLY yellow you might want to have them lightened by a dentist but that's expensive, I would try the strips first.
