Question: Needing help on before braces!!!?
Ok basically im getting braces next week and this week they put these little blue elastic rings on my teeth (these were put in yesterday), i accidently took one out, is this bad, should i put it back in and if so how!?

It is called a spacer and yes you need to have it replaced!. If you have the spacer you can try to replace it yourself by threading a couple pieces of floss through it and then pulling it under and up between the teeth!. Then remove the floss!. If not just call your orthodontist and they will get it back in for you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Call the doc!. but don't worry, i got mine on and about 45 min, after i got home, my two front brackets and wires and rings all fell off!.!.!. i went back in and they reattached it!. don't be surrpised if things throughout your time with braces fall off, basically they attach them with superglue!.!.!. just call and let them know!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Don't worry about stuff falling out!. Right when i got home from the orthodontist from getting my braces on, i had 2 brackets and an elastic ring fall off!. My mom called the orthodontist and said it would be fine as long as I had atleast one elastic ring in!. So don't worry about it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Those things are called spacers! I don't know if you could get it back in there without help! They are important because they make the space between your teeth that needs to be there for the big bracket to be able to fit in between your back teeth!Www@Answer-Health@Com
