Question: How long does it take the alignate in an impression tray to set while it's in your mouth!?
Ugh, I thought I'd never have to go through the torture of these things again after getting my braces off 8 years ago but my teeth are starting to move again so I have a feeling when I go to visit my old friend Mr!. Orthodontist, they're going to have a new retainer made for me!.
I gag terribly with these things but if i could do it when I was little I guess I can put up with the pain now!. How long do those things have to sit in your mouth for!? I can't even remember it was so long ago!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Just breath through your nose!.!.!.!.Try putting your head down & sitting forward as soon as the impression tray is in and you will find that you can breath through your nose a lot easier (also stops the feeling of having goo sliding down the back of your throat!)!. Let your ortho know you want to sit forward once it's in so that they can keep a firm hold on the tray as you move forward!.!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
It seems like its in their for at least 10 minutes

I had impressions done 2 weeks ago and it felt like just 2 minutes!.
bleugh it leaves a horrible taste in your mouth tho !
