My 2 year old has been complaining her teeth hurt for a couple of days now and I thought she was getting her back teeth in but today when I looked in her mouth I noticed that she has about 10 little blisters on the roof of her mouth, she does not have them anywhere else, I looked on the web and I found hand foot and mouth disease but she does not have the blisters anywhere else!. Wow !.!.!. OK, it's been a long time since my kids were 2, but I remember that !.!.!. it's a virus !.!.!. and do you think I can remember what it's called!? Of course not!

It's nothing serious!. It can be pretty uncomfortable, though!. I agree that you should take your little one to the pediatrician tomorrow (just to make sure it IS simply a virus), but in the meantime !.!.!. do you have any Baby Ora-Jel or some Anbesol!?

That might help!. Does she also have a fever!? I seem to remember my kids having slight fevers with that!. In any case, if she does have a fever, some Baby Tylenol will lower the fever AND give some pain-relief!.

Try not to worry too much!. I'm sorry I cannot remember the name of the virus, but I know both my kids had it and it was nothing to worry about!. In addition to the pain-relief, she might enjoy something cold in her mouth !.!.!. maybe a popsicle!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

could be a number of things!. maybe some type of infection or maybe she placed something dirty in her mouth!. at any rate you are right about taking her to the doctor!. you have already waited longer than i would have!. at that age you cant be to careful!. i hope it's not worse by morning!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
