Salt, baking soda and peroxide DO NOTHING for your teeth!. All they might do is add to the abrasiveness of your toothpaste, and so they may remove a little stain that is on your teeth!. In that way they do "whiten" your teeth!. But chemically, they do not whiten your teeth!. Just like when your hygienist or dentist uses a pumice paste on your teeth to remove some surface stain!.!.!.they will be a little whiter!.
If you really want to whiten your teeth, you need Crest White Strips or a peroxide bleaching gel like Nite White that you get from your dentist!.
So!.!.!.once again!.!.!.toothpastes do not appreciably whiten your teeth except by being abrasive enough to remove some stain!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
