Bleaching trays are the best way to go!. If you have your dental office make these, they will be fitted to your teeth!. Your teeth will get bleached more effectively this way than buying the over the counter trays at someplace like a Walmart!. You just squirt a little bleach in each tooth in the tray and then wear it for a couple/few hours!. You can do this for a couple days in a row until you get your teeth as white as you'd like!. The best thing about the trays is that you can keep them and when you need to bleach again, you just go buy more bleach from your dental office!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
