Crest Pro Health is a great toothpaste because it is broad spectrum!. Another good one is Colgate Total!. As long as the toothpaste has fluoride in it you're good! What's more important is the correct brushing technique!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Any fluoride toothpaste is fine!. All the fancy blends are there to take up more shelf space and make you think they're super effective!.
Find one you like the taste of, paste or gel, doesn't matter, and brush thoroughly at least twice a day!. (Floss too!.)
You know what!? I've tried plenty of them and always go back to good old Colgate fluoride toothpaste!. Tastes great, cleans fine and doesn't carry a premium price for trendy ingredients!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
