Question: Just had surgery on a blocked saliva gland on my lip WHAT ARE SOME FOODS I CAN EAT(SOFT)!?
just had a blocked salvia gland in my mouth surgically removed and wanted to know what are some soft for the most part non sugary foods i can eat!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sugar free jello or pudding, oatmeal, grits, applesauce, believe it or not!.!.!.baby food is really good (the fruits, anyway), yogurt, milkshakes, fruit smoothies, soup, bouillion!.
Anything salty is good for healing but be sure to drink a ton of water to clear your body of the excess sodium!. I would stay away from anything acidic like tomato juice, orange juice, anything lemony, vinegary stuff!.!.!.!.!.these things do NOT promote healing!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Oatmeal, mashed potatoes, rice, mashed sweet potatoes, brocolli and cheese soup(veggies are really soft), jello, pudding cups, yogurt, custard cups (no crust, near the jello in the grocery store) and any creamy soup!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
