What's wrong? Third molar soreness & cold pains....?!

Question: What's wrong!? Third molar soreness & cold pains!.!.!.!.!?
I'm in my late 20s, I had my wisdom teeth removed about 5-6 years ago!. Within the last 2-4 months I've been having problems with sharp pains along my bottom front row of teeth whenever I drink/eat something cold!. Now, I'll try and describe location of soreness: my third molar (last tooth) on the rightside, bottom row of mouth!. Next to that tooth, deep in the corner of the fatty part of my cheek there is a small, visible sore/blister/pimple, etc!. rubbing against the outside of the tooth!. The gum surrounding the tooth is very sore and tender!. The gum behind the back of the tooth that sits on the hard part of the jaw is also sore!. Does this sound familiar to anyone!? What is going on!? TY!.

*PS - I don't have health insurance at this time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
