Add hydrogen peroxide to your mouthwash 4:1 ratio!.
Circulate it in your mouth slowly for 2 minutes each time!.
Use a small amount at first because it will bubble up as it kills
bacteria!. Do this three times a day and your teeth will be
noticeably whiter in 6 weeks!. Peroxide is kinda harsh when
its unmixed and it tastes bad but if its an emergency for you
and if you can stand it, you can use straight peroxide for a
