It's usually every 6 months, but if you have one of those that has the blue part that changes color and fades, when that fades to white or very light blue!. It's an OralB brand and it's a stripe in the bristle that changes color when it's time to change it out!.

Every 2 - 3 months or when the bristles are no longer straight!. Standing your toothbrush up in a holder or cup so that it will dry will also keep your toothbrush cleaner and fresher for a longer time!. Also, I gather all the toothbrushes and soak them in bleach about once a month or whenever someone has been sick!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Change your toothbrush regularly!. As soon as the bristles begin to splay, the toothbrush loses its ability to clean properly!. I always change my toothbrush about every 2-3 months!. I think 3 months is the recommended time frame for switching out your old toothbrush for a new one!.
