Crest white strips are good, but they move around in the mouth so its not a great feeling!.!.!. you can also switch your regular toothpaste to a whitening toothpaste (the brand does not matter) and your mouthwash to Rembrant Whitening rinse!.!.!. but to get the whitening done in 45 minutes and not worry about trying millions of products and wasting your money trying them, I would recommend searching for ZOOM whitening specials, at our dental office we offer it for only $195 and its regularly $600 but its so00000 worth it!Www@Answer-Health@Com
