Question: Head hurting from rubber bands on braces!?

My head feels like I've been wearing a headband for too long, because of the connecting bands in my mouth (the manually put in kind)!. Is this normal!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Take some motrin or advil for the next couple of days!. This discomfort will go away!. Think of how beautiful your smile will be someday after your braces are off!
