The reason wisdom teeth often need to be removed is because they impact the other teeth when they come in!. When my friend had her wisdom teeth removed, one of them was basically coming down right on top of another tooth!.
I've heard of cases where grown-in wisdom teeth also cause infections and have to be taken out for that reason!.
And they're painful beyond belief when they are not removed!.
Even though, your wisdom teeth might not hurt you, you should ALWAYS go to a dentist and she/he will decide if actions need to be taken care of!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Only if there are affecting your other teeth, or they get an infetction etc, then yes, otherwise no, not really!.
