Question: Is Mouthwash bad for You !?!?
If I brush my teeth, then use mouthwash everytime!.!.!.is it bad !?!?!?

Morning and night is fine for most commercially sold mouthwashes!. Brands like Scope and Crest are very mild in terms of the flavor, but a brand like Listerine is hotter!.
When I say "hotter", I mean it gives a more distinct burning sensation whether or not you regularly brush your teeth!. The only problem I found with Listerine is that there was a study done in Kentucky I believe, that showed that Listerine presents a condition called "Black Hairy Tongue"!.
It looks like what the name suggests!. You basically look like you have hair growing on the top of your tongue!. It's really gross to look at actually, but is completely harmless!. Just gross!.
It can be caused by overuse of mouthwashes that contain things like peroxide or astringent!.
So, don't overuse it!. Over the years!. I have steered clear from mouthwashes!. But just a couple weeks ago, I started using Crest (the mouthwash, not the toothpaste, although I use that too,) 2x a day!.
Well, other than that, I guess your fine ! Just don't overuse it ok!?

Yes, it's full of chemicals and is toxic, and doesn't even keep breath fresh for very long!. If you want fresh breath, make sure you floss every night and brush your tongue or get a tongue scraper!. If you really want to use a mouthwash, try one from a health food store that's organic and chemical free - they have natural flavors like cinnamint and peppermint!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
