My dentist says I need sealants on my twelve year molars, Do I really need them?!

Question: My dentist says I need sealants on my twelve year molars, Do I really need them!?
He says I need them so I won't get cavities!. He says they're "sticky", My question is Would brushing your teeth better and flossing fix the stickiness!? Because I admit I don't take care of my teeth as I should when it comes to flossing and stuff!. And is this just another trick to get the dentist more money!? Www@Answer-Health@Com

Brushing better will help and flossing, but, sealants are a good idea for extra protection!. They brush the stuff on and harden it with a light, nothing to it!Www@Answer-Health@Com

acually sealants really do prevent cavities
my parents who never got them when they were younger had way more cavities then me!.
definetely make sure you get them
its worth it so you dont have a mouth full of cavitiesWww@Answer-Health@Com

FYI,
SEALANTS ARE A VERY GOOD WAY TO PREVENT FUTURE POTENTIAL FILLINGS AND DENTAL BILLS!.
THIS NOT A TRICK AND IT'S GOOD FOR PEOPLE WHO DON'T TAKE OF THEIR TEETH AS THEY SHOULD!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

fissure sealant even - prophylactic or as a precaution is way better than risking what he says is true about your teeth u know and ur still young so its not like he really did leave you there with any option !.!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
