Question: Did part of my filling come out!?
I got several teeth filled this week!. And on one of them there is a little brown speck on the bottom of a valley on the corner top of one of my molars that was filled!. It looks like it was drilled but doesn't have a filling over that part!. When I got home from the dentist, it was all white and filled!. I just had it filled a few days ago!. And I'm confused!. What could have happened!? Please give me advice!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

What your seeing could be one of two issues!.(1) if the filing material slightly spread out over the intended area to be filled you may have what we call "Flashing" and if that is the case it isn't sealed and that will allow food debris to get under it!.!.!.The Dentist can quickly polish the flash off!.!.!.!.and that "must" be done ASAP!.!.!.!.(2) On the other hand the filing itself could be leaking and not sealed, if that's the case the dentist needs to redo the filing and properly seal the cavity!. This means your dentist did not do a proper job filling your teeth!. You have to go back to the dentist as soon as possible to get it fixed!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
