Question: Is this a toothache or something worse!?
For a few days now, by front teeth (mostly the top, but also the bottom) have had this dull pain that comes and goes!. Occasionally, it will increase when I'm not doing anything!. When I eat or drink, my teeth feel a little better!. I don't have any known diseases in my mouth, brush my teeth, and see a dentist regularly!. I don't floss or use mouthwash though!. And I also tend to drink lots of soda!.
Is this just a toothache or something worse!. I don't think I suddenly have cavities in five teeth (especially the ones in the very front)!. I can't see anything that doesn't look "normal" either!.

You could be grinding them at night and because of the added wear they are getting sensitive!. If you bleach your teeth you'll experience sensitivity!. If you brush too much the same thing can happen!. I have sensitive front teeth and it comes and goes, hot and cold make it worse, but sometimes when I'm just sitting there they will get sore!. Try Sensodyne toothpaste, it should help!. If you go to the dentist regularly I highly doubt that you have enough decay that you're feeling pain in that many teeth!. Unless he/she really blows!. Good luck!. Hope it helps!. And, if that toothpaste doesn't help after a while or if things get worse definitely make an appointment with your dentist!.
