Answers:
yup it honestly is a waste of time!. Mouthwash in the morning is the best as it kills most of the bacteria that have been breeding in your mouth during the night!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Most recommendations are for once a day, although it doesn't hurt to do more often if you need to!. Brushing more than once a day, however, has its benefits!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Don't think you need to floss in the morning considering there's no food eaten prior to waking up!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

well anything you do helps so i guessWww@Answer-Health@Com
