whiten teeth (braces)?!

you actually shouldn't whiten your teeth while wearing braces (bc the brackets cover the middle of your teeth, so when you get your braces off there will be yellowish squares, bc whatever method of whitening you use will not be able to get under the brackets). your best bet is just to wait until you get them off. and of course, keep continuing your brushing/flossing everyday - that will help them to not get more yellow.

this might taste somewhat nasty but i did this when i had them and it workd better then anything
and thats peroxide 3x a day morning after lunch and at bed time i used dark bands when they replaced old one bc the lighter the yellower that actually looked and also try and driink lemon water the cokes messed mine up with and weaknd my enaamel big time
