Its not a good habit. Stop it if you do it intentionally.
It may be due to sharp teeth or malaligned teeth in your oral cavity. You need a dentist to solve your problem.
talk slower and eat slower. Chew on the side you DONT bite on. What has happened is: you have bitten your cheek, and now it is swollen, so it is more exposed to your biting. You need to let it heal. Just be conscious of how you are eating and avoid biting it again.
To solve the pain,drink water and splash it around on the side you bit.
To stop the biting,chew on the other side,the one you don't bite on as much. When you talk,try to blow your cheeks out a little bit,so that they are further away from your teeth.
There is check bite problem which is caused by
malocclusion of ur molars.
