No because they are both differnt chemicals and are not ment for use on skin. The only reason they are used in hairdressers are because they dialute them ALOT and know the exact amout of time to apply it/keep it on there for. Not to mention both of these are extremly poisonous. And will burn you.

if you want to whiten your teeth, don't attempt to mix nasty chemicals together! cut down on dark-colored foods and use whitening toothpaste. i used to brush my teeth with baking soda straight from the box.
You sure can if you are very eager to burn the pure hell out of your mouth. Bleach is dangerous and shouldn't be put in your mouth.
