Question: I need help with braces!! I have had my braces for about a year and a half.?
I am scared i am going to have stains on them though, at first i brushed my teeth after every meal but once school started and i became busy with sports that didnt happen as often. So now its only two times a day, a few weeks ago i had surgery so for about 2 weeks or so i couldnt wash my teeth right so that might effect it too???
im really scared though because i might be getting them off in may and i HAVE TO HAVE THEM VERY NICE BY JULY (bc of my "sweet 15")

donot worry.
incase after bracket removal stains are there,your dentist will clean and polish the teeth to remove them.
also whitening toothpaste will help after bracket removal.just keep up your brushing habit at night before going to sleep.
