Question: Is this normal to have this?
I have 2 teeth missing on the right side of my mouth but now a wisdom tooth is coming through and pushing them along which is good but just wondering if its normal to hurt all over and on that side on my lower teeth I have like a ulcer on the bottom of my gum is this all normal and has anyone have teeth push other teeth over naturally to fill the gaps?

Yes it's normal to hurt and feel uncomfortable when the wisdom tooth first comes through the gums. It's like teething all over again. Use some Orajel or something temporarily and make sure you can keep the area clean.
The wisdom teeth usually push on the other teeth next to it, but unfortunately they rarely move over in a straight line, most likely they will tip forward, but it's hard to say without seeing an xray.
